Sourcing: Only premium Arabica beans from the high areas of Colombia, Costa Rica, Sumatra, New Guinea and Brazil.
Roasting Profile: Two phase blend combining 10% caramel roasted beans with a balancing medium roasted component.
Aroma: Sweet chocolate and vanilla character most evident. With short extractions, citrus notes are also perceptible.
Appearance: A light golden crema with excellent consistency of colour and length. The coffee is a medium dark brown.
Tasting notes: Ideally suited to espresso and lower milk content beverages. It is predominantly sweet with only the slightest hint of astringency which leaves the mouth clean and fresh.
