Dosing Tips
The dose is self explanatory: how much ground coffee you dose into the filter basket
The dosing process:
- Group Handle out
- Purge group head
- Wipe out group handle to dry it
- Dose your coffee
- Tamp
- Light tap
- Tamp/polish to present a flat even coffee surface
- Wipe top of filter basket to remove any loose coffee grinds from the lugs
- Insert group handle
- Activate brewing cycle within 3 seconds
- Espresso extraction should run for 30 ml in 25-35 seconds
