Cleaning Tips
- All is lost if your equipment is not clean, cleaning your group handles and your group heads makes a big difference to the quality and flavour of the coffees you are serving. If you do not clean your equipment, your coffee will have a dirty taste.
- The hourly clean: remove your group handle, knock out the cake and take out the filter baskets. Place the blind basket into a group handle and backwash the group head.
- Once group heads are clean, take the group handle to the sink, remove filter basket, and give them a quick clean with a soft cloth.
- Replace the filter baskets, insert group handles back into the group heads and
bring them back to temperature by running some water through.
