Octavia

We have begun working with a select group of farms and processors to deliver even more flavour and complexity in the cup. Octavia is a single phase, lightly roasted blend of outstanding complexity and smoothness, with a lustrous, medium brown appearance, a light golden crema and a softness that fills the mouth. We roast Octavia in small batches and pay obsessive attention to every detail in the process. Only then can we deliver the exact blend of sugary, floral aromas and clean acidity, masterfully combined with subtle hints of nutmeg and other spices. And only then can we deliver the very same tasting experience, batch after batch.

Julius

Julius also benefits from our working closer with the producers at origin. Blended from coffees sourced entirely from specific farms, and processed to our requirements, Julius is a medium roasted, single phase blend. It is painstakingly crafted in small batches, resulting in an amazingly rich espresso, with fine aromas and long-lasting flavours. Deep brown in colour, with a dark, reddish-brown crema, it balances a satisfying underlying strength with sophisticated subtlety, a robust base and spicy highlights. The perfect blend for milk-based coffees.
