Barista 4: Advanced Barista for café owners

This is a 3 hour theory class written specifically with café owners in mind. In a café the quality of the coffee being served is a must if you want to increase your coffee sales, but too often café owners have a limited understanding of espresso due to the many other pressures of the business. Nobody is going to appreciate the importance of good coffee in relation to sales as much as the business owner. If you do not have a good understanding of the coffee your staff is serving you cannot assess them effectively. In this class we will cover the more fundamental variables of espresso as well as some advanced techniques.
